Checking off a task took a click on its checkbox, and undoing it meant reaching the Undo button at the bottom of the screen before it disappeared.

E now completes the task under the keyboard cursor, and reopens a completed one. The cursor moves to the next row, so E E E completes three tasks. With a selection, E completes the open tasks, or reopens them all if every one is done. It works in Inbox, Today, Upcoming in list mode, Views, a project's Tasks tab, goal and life area pages, and the task widgets on Home, which now have a keyboard cursor.

⌘ Z, or Ctrl Z on Windows and Linux, presses the Undo button on screen, whatever it came from: a completed task, a changed date, a deleted note. It goes back one step while that button shows, and in a text field still undoes typing. With a selection, ⌘ ⌫ (Ctrl Backspace on Windows and Linux) now deletes all of it, and one ⌘ Z brings it back.

In calendar mode on Upcoming, ← and → step back or forward by the range on screen, and T jumps to today. In the task drawer and the note and new-task dialogs, the arrow keys move between the name and the text below it. Projects moved to G then P, and the Pomodoro timer to G then F.

The Single-key shortcuts switch in Settings, under Preferences, turns off keys like C, E and G then I for anyone using voice control. Arrow keys, Enter, Esc and ⌘ shortcuts keep working. Press ? to find E under Lists, ⌘ Z under General and the calendar keys in a new Calendar group.
