Frequently asked questions
Can I try Heym before subscribing?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro. Use everything, no commitment — cancel any time before it ends and we won't charge you.
Can I switch billing periods later?
Yes. Move between monthly and yearly whenever — we prorate the difference. If you decide on Lifetime later, the part of the year you've already paid for is credited toward it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your data — your account switches to the free plan, and your tasks, goals, habits, and notes stay accessible to you. You can export or delete your data at any time. If you delete your account, we erase your data in line with our privacy policy.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and SEPA Direct Debit. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes. The checkout shows the price in your local currency before you confirm — you won't be charged until you complete the order.
What's included in Lifetime?
Full access to Pro, forever, with no renewals — one payment covers every Pro feature today and every productivity feature we ship from here on. The only exception: paid third-party integrations (e.g. AI providers that bill us per-user). Those would launch as optional add-ons, priced just enough to cover our costs.
Can I get a refund?
If you'd like a refund, write us at help@heym.app and we'll review your case.
